Orphan Sunday is a global movement desiring to see God's people, the church, rise to our biblical mandate to care for the orphan, the fatherless, the foster child, the vulnerable.

• 147 million children around the world living without the love and protection of a family

• 80,000 children in the care of Canadian child welfare agencies

• 30,000 children in Canada awaiting adoption
